Service Description: Provides low cost legal services for low to middle income persons who do not meet Legal Aid's income eligibility guidelines. Provides advice and consultation by a licensed attorney on a variety of civil legal issues for a low hourly fee. Offers document preparation for a low flat fee for uncontested divorces, uncontested guardianships, uncontested adoptions, Chapter 7 bankruptcies, simple wills, living wills, and durable powers of attorney. Also, provides do-it-yourself clinics on uncontested divorce and chapter 7 bankruptcy offering document preparation instructions, review of completed forms, and one hour consultation with attorney, all for a low flat fee.
